Saturday, November 4, join Gabi + Lydia at The Yoga Room for a 75 minute acu-yoga experience to celebrate the Beaver Moon and welcome the lessons of fall. Fall is a season that provides a wonderful opportunity to evaluate where we are in life, what we’re holding on to and practice the art of releasing what is no longer useful or helpful.
This pairing of acupuncture + yoga is such a self-care treat and a beautiful way to help balance yin and yang as we move deeper into this season and prepare for the winter months. Lydia will guide participants through the first 30 minutes of class with poses geared towards creating flow. At the end of the yoga portion we'll experience a 35-40 minute savasana during which acupuncture points that promote deep relaxation and encourage letting go will be stimulated. A diffused essential oil blend to support the organs that correspond to Fall will accompany our savasana.
This class will be appreciable to all levels of yoga experience and is a great gift for yourself or a loved one! A financial exchange of $35 is asked for participation in this sweet offering. If you are interested in class yet under 18 years of age, please bring a parent or guardian with you to sign the consent for acupuncture form.
This class will be limited to 10 open minded folks. To register please visit: https://aligndecorah.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?appointmentType=4070440
