*New patient appointments open up as I have space in my schedule. My schedule fills very quickly - if you schedule a new patient appointment please also schedule 2-4 follow-up appointments spaced 1 week apart so that you have continued care as we begin working together. This is really important so that we can meet your health care goals together without too much space between sessions.

Office Hours are:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am-6:30pm

  • Wednesdays from 10:00am-5:30pm

  • Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00am-4:30pm

Breathwork Sessions

Group and private breathwork sessions will be held on a rotating basis between Sunday + Monday mornings/afternoons and Wednesday evenings. I will try to host 1-2 group sessions a month and 3-4 private sessions a month.

I look forward to holding this space for you either in collective breath or as a personal ceremonial journey.
